Masters Shave & Grooming Academy, founded by  Shannon Norman Sr. in May 2026, was born out of Mr. Norman’s desire to establish a barber college in Fairview Heights, Illinois. After eight years of ownership and operation of Masters Shave & Grooming Company, Mr. Norman recognized the need for a specialized educational institution in the city.
